Throughout my recent pregnancy I came to absolutely love several juice combinations using freshly pressed juices. These were not only great for their taste, but they offered plenty of health benefits too! Now that I’m nursing my son, I’m still keeping up with a healthy dose of freshly squeezed juices and also adding in some green smoothies to help satisfy my appetite in a healthier way!
